I have owned some cropped jeans in the past that only had buttons tho, which was a little awkward because 1. the gaps between the buttons got sretched wider after every wash and 2. there were so damn many when you wanted to go to the loo. So I understand your plight after all. But it's nothing to worry about since there is a great variety of jeans that come with zips rather than buttons! This did make me laugh, Luke!
